Summary:
The General Manager is responsible for leading the General Department of Planning and Follow-up and Quality to ensure effective strategic planning, monitoring, and quality assurance processes are in place.

Job Responsibility:

-Oversee and follow up on the implementation of internal audit recommendations to ensure they are completed within the agreed timelines.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Oversee the planning and follow-up activities to ensure alignment with the organization's strategy.
- Implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of product/service delivery.
- Lead and manage a team to ensure efficiency, productivity, and performance excellence.
- Monitor and evaluate departmental performance to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and achieve organizational synergy.
- Represent the department in meetings, presentations, and negotiations with internal and external stakeholders.

Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience in a managerial role, preferably in a similar department.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
- Excellent strategic planning and analytical abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of quality assurance practices and methodologies.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

-Professional certifications such as CIA, CRMA, and CISA are preferred
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related field.
