Job Purpose
The Senior Institutional Excellence Specialist supports the activation and execution of the organization’s strategy by developing, monitoring, and measuring strategic and operational performance indicators. The role ensures alignment between institutional objectives and performance outcomes, supports leadership decision-making, strengthens performance governance and continuous improvement within a semi-government environment.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Support the development, implementation, and management of the organization’s strategic and operational performance measurement framework.
- Coordinate with departments to develop objectives, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and monitor achievement against approved targets.
- Monitor performance results, analyze trends, and identify gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to the development and follow-up of corrective action plans for underperforming departments and performance indicators.
- Analyze organizational performance using proactive and predictive performance management approaches.
- Prepare periodic performance reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management and relevant governance committees.
- Support institutional performance review cycles and performance governance processes.
- Standardize KPI definitions, data sources, measurement methodologies, and reporting practices across the organization.
- Monitor performance improvement initiatives and assess their impact and return on performance.
- Ensure data quality, accuracy, consistency, and compliance with approved reporting timelines.
- Contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of institutional performance management policies, frameworks, and methodologies.
- Support the automation of performance reporting and the continuous improvement of performance measurement and monitoring tools.

Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Performance Management, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
Professional Certifications
• Performance Management or Strategy-related certifications (e.g., Balanced Scorecard, KPIs, OKRs).(Must)
• Business Intelligence or Data Analytics certifications. (Preferred)
• Organizational Excellence or Quality Management certifications are an advantage. (Preferred)
