Overview

As a Sustainability Senior Specialist at SCFHS, your role involves participating in developing strategies and plans to achieve sustainable development within the Authority, considering environmental, social, and economic aspects. You will be responsible for implementing, supervising, and monitoring sustainable projects, while also developing awareness and education plans for employees about sustainable development and practices. Strengthening cooperation and partnerships with various stakeholders is crucial to promote sustainable development. Additionally, you will be tasked with measuring and evaluating the impact of sustainable development projects and activities, analyzing data, and submitting annual sustainability reports.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy and Planning

• Participate in developing strategies and plans to achieve sustainable development within SCFHS.
• Consider environmental, social, and economic aspects in the development of sustainable strategies and plans.

Project Implementation and Monitoring

• Implement, supervise, and monitor sustainable projects to ensure their successful execution.
• Ensure compliance with sustainable development standards and best practices.

Awareness and Education

• Develop awareness and education plans for the SCFHS’s employees and stakeholders regarding the importance of sustainable development and practices.
• Conduct training sessions and workshops to promote sustainability initiatives and best practices.

Stakeholder Engagement

• Strengthen cooperation and partnerships with government institutions, non-governmental organizations, and the private sector to promote sustainable development.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and implement sustainable initiatives and programs.

Impact Measurement and Reporting

• Measure and evaluate the impact of sustainable development projects and activities.
• Analyze data and prepare annual sustainability reports for the Authority.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in sustainable development, environmental management, or related areas.
• Strong project management and implementation skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in data analysis and report preparation.
