Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced E-Learning Manager to join our team at the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in leading the development and implementation of innovative e-learning strategies and programs.
Key Responsibilities
The E-Learning Manager will be responsible for:
- E-Learning Strategy and Implementation: Developing and implementing comprehensive e-learning strategies and programs aligned with the commission's objectives.
- Content Development: Overseeing the creation and curation of engaging and impactful e-learning content for healthcare professionals.
- Learning Management System (LMS): Managing the commission's LMS and ensuring its effectiveness in delivering e-learning programs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring the quality and relevance of e-learning materials and programs, adhering to global accreditation standards.
- Training and Development: Providing training and support to the e-learning team and healthcare professionals on effective e-learning methodologies.
- Evaluation and Reporting: Monitoring the effectiveness of e-learning programs, conducting evaluations, and preparing comprehensive reports for senior management.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should possess:
- A bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in developing and managing e-learning programs, preferably in the healthcare or education sector.
- Strong knowledge of learning management systems and e-learning technologies.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

- Learning Management System (LMS): Proficiency in managing and utilizing LMS for employee learning and training.
- Subject Matter Experts (SMEs): Experience in collaborating with SMEs to develop training material and objectives 1.
- E-Learning (DEI): Ability to design and implement e-learning courses addressing diversity, equity, and inclusion in healthcare.
- Course Development: Proficiency in designing and creating online continuing education training programs for healthcare professionals.
- Content Development: Skill in creating and updating engaging e-learning content for healthcare professionals.
- HTML: Knowledge of HTML for designing web content and developing user interface components.
- SCORM: Ability to use SCORM for creating and delivering effective training programs.
- Training Programs: Experience in managing and delivering effective training programs for healthcare professionals.
- Vendor Relationships: Capability to manage vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and evaluate and edit instructional content and materials.
- Branch Management: Collaboration with branch management to create and deliver training schedules.
- Blended Learning: Understanding of blended learning methodologies for effective training programs.
- Educational Programs: Skill in developing and implementing educational programs for healthcare professionals.
