Opportunity Description
Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Project Coordinator to work with our SCFHS (Saudi Commission for Health Specialties) consultant on various projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing administrative support, coordinating project activities, and ensuring the efficient and timely execution of project deliverables.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the SCFHS consultant to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to strict deadlines and within budget.
- Coordinate project activities, resources, equipment, and information.
- Assist in preparing project proposals, timeframes, and schedules.
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise.
- Act as the point of contact and communicate project status to all participants.
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
- Perform administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the project activities.
- Provide support in the preparation and organization of project meetings, workshops, and trainings.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Project Managment or Related failed.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
- Strong computer skills, including MS Office and project management software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing project requirements and priorities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Creativity in finding innovative solutions and approaches.
- Proven administrative and coordination skills.
