To lead the Application Development Section by setting strategic direction, managing resources, and ensuring delivery of innovative, secure, and high-quality software solutions. The role drives technological advancement, process excellence, and team capability development, aligning application development initiatives with the organization’s objectives and long-term digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise the application development team, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
• Define goals and expectations for the team, ensuring successful project execution within agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement, technological innovation, and system enhancements to boost efficiency and effectiveness.
• Maintain strong technical knowledge in application development, with proficiency in relevant programming languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Stay updated on technological advancements and best practices in software development.
• Provide technical guidance to ensure adherence to coding standards, architectural principles, and security guidelines.
