Job Objective:
The Saudi Commission for Health Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Quality Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring the organization's operations, programs, and projects meet the highest standards of quality and efficiency. By leveraging your analytical expertise, you will drive continuous improvement and contribute to the overall success of our health services.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Collect data daily through approved operational checklists and enter those data into the platform or data collection page as per the available mechanism.
• Conduct daily analysis, audits of operations, and issue a daily operations report.
• Communicate directly with the relevant departments.
• Evaluate the service level and submit observations.
• Follow up on project implementation with the administrative units under the General Administration of Branches.
• Provide support to the General Administration of Branches in its internal and external representation.
• Verify the fulfillment of quality standards and compliance at the branch.
• Identify measurable criteria that represent the desired performance of operations, programs, and projects in the branches.
• Collect the necessary data and information to measure and monitor performance.
• Analyze data and evaluate the performance of operations, programs, and projects.
• Provide recommendations regarding the required improvements or corrective actions.
• Implement the approved corrective actions.
• Contribute to identifying business growth opportunities and improving strategies.
• Monitor the overall performance of the department and its outputs and submit the necessary reports.
• Contribute to building and collecting valuable data on department performance indicators.
• Submit periodic reports to the Branch Operations Supervisor.
• Periodically review policies and procedures and provide recommendations for updates or enhancements.
• Follow up on the tasks assigned to the branches and verify their achievement of the targets.
Note/ this opportunity occurs in 4 different cities: Al Khobar, Jeddah, Abha, Al Madinah Al Munawwarah
