Overview:
The Saudi Commission For Health Specialists is an independent scientific professional body, established in 1992. Our goal is to foster a healthy society through qualified health practitioners, protecting and promoting health led by health practitioners who serve the community efficiently and humanely.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and strategic Director of Health Workforce Planning Methodologies Development to contribute to defining the vision, strategic objectives, and determining the general direction of the center.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contributing to defining the vision and strategic objectives and determining the general direction of the center.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for the executive management of training and development economics in alignment with the center’s objectives.
- Monitoring performance, evaluating results, measuring the progress of implementing the assigned strategic plans, and assessing performance in comparison with the strategic plans.
Qualifications and Skills:
- 7-10+ years of progressively responsible related experience in Strategic Workforce Development, Talent Management, Community Outreach, including 3-5 years of management experience.
- Expert level of proficiency in workforce development, human resources, health care administration.
Education:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Health Care Administration, Human Resources, Public Relations, or a related field. A Master’s degree in Public Policy is preferred.
