We are currently seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Services and Products Development to join our team. As the Director, you will play a pivotal role in leading the design, development, and enhancement of services and products to support strategic workforce planning initiatives within the healthcare sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance services and products to support strategic workforce planning initiatives within the healthcare sector.

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative programs and products that cater to the evolving needs of the healthcare workforce.

• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify opportunities for the creation and improvement of services and products aligned with workforce planning goals.

• Oversee the evaluation and enhancement of existing services and products to ensure their relevance and effectiveness.

• Foster a culture of continuous improvement by exploring new approaches and technologies that can elevate the quality and impact of services and products.
