Job Summary:
Responsible for developing, reviewing, and aligning policies with sector trends and regulations. Oversees policy governance, approval processes, and regular updates to ensure compliance and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and update institutional policie
- Align policies with national and sectoral regulations
- Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact
- Support departments in drafting specialized policies
- Manage the central policy database and ensure compliance
- Conduct policy impact assessments and report to leadership
- Provide guidance on interpreting policy provisions
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree preferred in Health Administration, Public Health, Administration, Law, Public Policy, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in policy or regulatory work, including 3+ years in leadership
Skills:
- Strong analytical and research abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Solid understanding of health and regulatory environments
