Job Summary:

Responsible for developing, reviewing, and aligning policies with sector trends and regulations. Oversees policy governance, approval processes, and regular updates to ensure compliance and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and update institutional policie
• Align policies with national and sectoral regulations
• Monitor regulatory changes and assess their impact
• Support departments in drafting specialized policies
• Manage the central policy database and ensure compliance
• Conduct policy impact assessments and report to leadership
• Provide guidance on interpreting policy provisions

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree preferred in Health Administration, Public Health, Administration, Law, Public Policy, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in policy or regulatory work, including 3+ years in leadership
