Opportunity Overview
The Institutional Excellence Specialist is responsible for enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of institutional operations by analyzing, simplifying, and improving end-to-end operational processes. The role focuses on driving continuous improvement initiatives, measuring the impact of process enhancements, and ensuring alignment with approved policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and strategic objectives within a semi-government environment.
Requirements
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Document and map end-to-end institutional processes in accordance with approved methodologies, standards, and best practices.
- Analyze operational processes to identify improvement opportunities and address waste, duplication, complexity, and excessive manual intervention.
- Design, coordinate, and implement process improvement initiatives in collaboration with relevant departments and stakeholders.
- Apply process improvement methodologies and tools such as Lean, Business Process Management (BPM), and continuous improvement practices.
- Ensure process alignment and compliance with approved policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and organizational standards.
- Standardize processes and procedures to enhance consistency, integration, and coordination across departments.
- Develop, maintain, and update process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process performance indicators.
- Support automation and digital transformation initiatives in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders.
- Monitor improvement outcomes, measure performance impact, and ensure the sustainability of implemented enhancements.
- Promote a culture of organizational excellence, efficiency, and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Organizational Excellence, Quality Management, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Master’s degree is preferred.
Professional Certifications (Preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher).
• Business Process Management (BPM) or process improvement certifications.
• Organizational Excellence, Quality, or ISO-related certifications are an advantage.
