We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Assessment Project Specialist to lead assessment projects and maintain the quality of professional practice.
The Assessment Projects Specialist will be responsible for developing comprehensive work plans, managing the scope and operations of assigned projects, and ensuring the timely completion of projects with the expected quality. This role will involve liaising with stakeholders, documenting complex discussions, maintaining confidentiality, and adhering to necessary standards to ensure the safety of the assessments. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills, along with a strong work ethic and adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities:
* Develop work plans for all projects according to the service level agreement (SLA).
* Manage the scope of assigned projects.
* Ensure timely project completion by identifying activities, monitoring progress, estimating necessary resources and timeframes, and developing and managing the project schedule.
* Manage all risk-related matters for assigned projects.
* Clarify and improve internal and external workflows and processes with stakeholders, ensuring adherence to procedures.
* Listen, participate, understand, document, and summarize complex discussions during meetings.
* Ensure project plans are delivered on time with high quality.
* Adhere to necessary standards to ensure the safety of assessments.
* Maintain the confidentiality of Executive Administrative Assessment information related to assessors, assessment experts, test content, and any other information classified as sensitive data.
Requirements
Experience:
- At least 1 year of experience.
Educational Qualification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Medical field or English translation or medical education.
- Applicant must have excellent English language skills, with a minimum requirement of 6.5 on the IELTS test or 79-93 on the TOEFL test (prior to employment or during the probationary period).
