Senior Cybersecurity Specialist

Senior Cybersecurity Specialist Tasks: 

• Operate the Information security SIEM/SOC to monitor and respond to any security alert and potential security incident.
• Take reactive and proactive actions against cyber threats and incidents.
• Handle SIEM alerts, document actions and responses, and track remediation actions.
• Constantly monitors the Networks and servers of SCFHS. 
• Identifies any security breach that can harm the sensitive data and information of SCFHS.
• Analyses the type of security threat that has attacked the organisation's security operations. 
• Effectively respond to the immediate threats to the security of the organisation. 
• Builds temporary fixes to eliminate security threats and restores the organisation's data and information security. 
• Collaborate with other departments and team members to implement security procedures, methods, and best practices. 
• Stay updated about the latest security threats. 
• Familiarity with IAM, PAM

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in the field of computer science or some other STEM-related subject
• 3+ Years proven experience.
• Training or certifications in the cyber security field
• Working knowledge with using vulnerability management, security event & incident management (SIEM), and network security management tools is strongly desired.
