Role Overview:

As a Strategy Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead and mentor a team of junior professionals, conduct in-depth analyses, and provide strategic recommendations to tackle critical challenges. Working closely with senior management, you will analyze market trends, assess competitive landscapes, and identify growth opportunities that will shape our organization's success.


Key Responsibilities

1. Market Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analyses of market trends, customer behavior, and industry dynamics to identify potential opportunities and threats, influencing senior management's decision-making.

2. Competitive Analysis: Monitor and analyze competitors' activities, product offerings, pricing strategies, and market positioning to propose enhancements that keep our organization ahead.

3. Strategic Planning: Contribute data-driven insights and recommendations to the development of strategic plans and initiatives, collaborating with senior management to set objectives, define KPIs, and establish implementation timelines.

4. Project Management: Coordinate cross-functional teams to support the execution of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals, monitoring progress, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.

5. Performance Monitoring: Develop and implement performance measurement frameworks to track the progress of strategic initiatives, preparing comprehensive reports and providing regular updates on the effectiveness of implemented strategies to senior management.


  • Consulting Experience: Demonstrated consulting background, particularly in strategy development.
  • Strategy Methodology Knowledge: Proficiency in strategy development frameworks and tools.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess complex situations, gather and interpret data, and generate actionable insights.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Capacity to identify innovative solutions to business challenges.
  • Leadership: Strong leadership and influencing skills to drive change and motivate teams.
  • Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, understand the organization's vision and goals, and contribute to the development of long-term plans.
